This latest Polar Star Films production will be broadcast next\u00a0<strong>Tuesday 7th at 21:55h<\/strong>\u00a0on TV3 within the slot\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccma.cat\/tv3\/sense-ficcio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sense Ficci\u00f3<\/a>. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.polarstarfilms.com\/img\/4news\/llista_falciani_documental_tv3.jpg\" alt=\"Documental La Llista Falciani a Sense Ficci\u00f3 - TV3\" \/>The documentary feature film, co-produced between Polar Star Films (Barcelona) and Gebrueder Beetz (Berlin) for several international broadcasters, analyzes the problem of tax evasion and fraud through the story of Herv\u00e9 Falciani, the IT engineer who leaked the names of 130,000 secret accounts from HSBC Geneva violently rocking international politics and the global banking system.<\/p>\n<p>The broadcast is accompanied by the\u00a0<strong>launch of the webdoc<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.falcianis-swissleaks.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cFalciani\u00b4s SwissLeaks \u2013 The Great Bank Data Robbery\u201d<\/a>, that uses the fascinating story of whistleblower Herv\u00e9 Falciani to offer an inside view into the complex issue of tax fraud to a broad public in an emotional and playful manner. Through a combination of text, video and interactive elements, the user experiences how Falciani\u2019s spectacular disclosures affect him personally; as well as being continually provoked to question our own attitude towards tax compliance, betrayal and whistleblowing. A great\u00a0<strong>transmedia experience!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The documentary boasts unprecedented access to Falciani and the main players of this story, including convicts, tax officers and interantional ministers. It analyses the whole story, from Falciani\u2019s motivation for stealing the data from HSBC through to the escape and capture of our protagonist.
